Employees at the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) print the Congressional Record on 100% recycled paper in 2009. Public Printer Bob Tapella presents Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi with a copy. Secretary of the Senate Nancy Erickson and Clerk of the House Lorraine Miller tour GPO’s plant while production of the Congressional Record was being produced by GPO employees.
